- Refund Policy for Restricted Projects:
Purchases are symbolic and non-physical.
Refund requests within 72 hours will be honored, but the refunded amount will be net of Stripe and banking transaction fees.
After 72 hours, refunds are limited to up to one-third of the remaining available cash, not one-third of the original purchase amount.
Amounts already used (e.g., policy acquisition, project distribution, or other allocations) cannot be refunded.
SH USA LLC values transparency and will process eligible refunds promptly. - SH USA LLC is self-funded and does not conduct public fundraising.
